Volunteering is at the heart of our foundation’s Seva foundation. In the past, we’ve had the pleasure of working with more than a thousand volunteers from all around the world. Some stay for 1-2 months. Others, come for longer durations and with the intention to make a real impact with their talents and work ethic. For such motivated and charitable individuals, we initiated the Professional Volunteering program at Educare. We accept volunteers from all walks of life – from university students to individuals undertaking a sabbatical. We encourage anyone with time in their hands and goodwill in their hearts to apply.

Eligibility

Important Information

1. The minimum commitment expected from a professional volunteer is 1 month.
2. Unlike short-term volunteers, long term professional volunteers are provided free accommodation at our campus.
3. Professional volunteers are expected to put in a few hours extra into their work than what a travel volunteer would. Ideally, we would prefer to have people with zeal, new ideas, and motivation to apply to the Professional volunteer program. Others, who might be looking for a relatively casual work setting, may apply to the Travel-volunteer program.
