International volunteers / Interns:

We hosted more than 500 international volunteer – interns in the recent years.  Focused on university students and young professionals, this volunteer – internship program (minimum duration – 12-weeks) has helped many international and national students and professionals develop relevant career and international work experience.  Positions are available in our affilated projects with VIKAS Centre Org in various areas such as –

– rural development, – environmental conservation, – organic farming, – girls and women empowerment, – slums intervention and development, – microfinance for integrated community development, – teaching English and other foreign languages , – teaching children through play activities, – waste management and sanitation.

The internship work duration may be customized to vary from 8-weeks to 1-year. There is no institutional internship costs. Irrespective of the duration, whether for 2-months or 12-months, you only have to just pay one time standard nominal application processing and legal coverage cost. The project-site accommodations, internet communications, transport is FREE.
