Living and working in an intercultural organization in India can cause cultural shock and emotional stress for some interns. When personal issues such as homesickness, culture shock, or issues with other interns or a negative situation arise, the Experience Manager is the go-to person. Whereas the HR Manager deals with work-related problems, the Experience Manager is the person of trust within the organization and supports the interns with any emotional, inspirational and attitudinal difficulties, and conflict reconciliation they might face. Every intern has a routine talk with the Experience Manager at the end of each month to evaluate their experience on a personal level. Together with the Continuity , Ops and HR Manager, the Experience Manager’s task is to assure that every intern is making the most of their internship and return back with a positive and valuable personal experience.
